About Terry Yoffe, PCC, CPCC

Coaching and Consulting Experience

Terry Yoffe is an Executive, Transition and Career Coach. Terry has been coaching for 17 years, after several years in both corporate and entrepreneurial roles. She brings an impressive breadth and depth of knowledge. She specializes in global business relations, which is critical to her work with international clients.

As an executive and business coach, Terry helps her clients maximize their talents and achieve their full potential. She employs a two-step process: having the client clarify their goals and then developing a focused strategic plan.

Her extensive background and experience in diverse business settings gives her a keen insight into her clients’ unique situations. She has coached many high-achieving business professionals ranging from young professionals, to mid-level managers, to C Suite executives, in both corporations and private practice. She helps them remove the obstacles that keep them from breaking through and achieving their desired personal and professional goals. Terry believes that the relationship she builds with her clients, allows them to become courageous. After working with her, they’re able to cut through the stories they tell themselves. They can then ultimately step outside of their comfort zones to meet all challenges.

Terry has an uncompromising and disciplined approach to coaching. She has drive and a caring concern for her client’s need to achieve the successes they desire. This allows her clients to gain greater self-awareness, personal fulfilment, and professional success.

Terry’s openness and insightfulness enables her clients to get the most out of their coaching relationship. The results she has helped clients achieve have earned her the respect and gratitude of those she connects with. Terry works with professionals and corporate groups to maximize their talents and achieve their full potential by focusing from the inside out.
